5 hours from Da Nang, At an altitude of 1,200m, Mang Den is dubbed “The second Da Lat” for its vast valleys, pine forests and optimal agricultural conditions. The highland’s temperate climate and natural pure water make it an ideal place to grow leafy greens and root vegetables.

FARM TO TABLE

Food safety has been a big topic of discussion in Viet Nam. We have put lots of thought into our mission “Clean food opportunity for everyone” We realized that the factor is not only recipe or ingredients, but also how vegetables are grown and who grow vegetables for us. So we looked back to the ROOTS and we decided to start ROOTS ORGANIC FARM with our friend Mr Ikeda. Now we have been able to realize to grow vegetables by using traditional Japanese farming methods and delivers fresh vegetables from the Farm to Roots

Sustainable farming
Organic farming practices reduce pollution, conserve water, reduce soil erosion, increase soil fertility, and use less energy. Farming without synthetic pesticides is also better for nearby birds and animals as well as people who live close to farms.
